Fraud Over Mbappe Token
The X account of Real Madrid’s star football player Kylian Mbappe was hacked by unidentified people. Hackers introduced a token called MBAPPE through Mbappe’s official account. The market value of the token grew rapidly, reaching tens of millions of dollars in minutes. However, this value dropped to zero again in a short time and the token was deleted. After the incident, Mbappe managed to get his account back.

One of the most striking aspects of the incident was that an account thought to belong to a hacker or hacker group quickly earned $200,000. This person or persons deposited 2 SOL worth approximately $285 for the MBAPPE token issued on the Solana network and made a huge profit of 1398 SOL worth $200,000 within a few hours.
Users Lost $1 Million on Fake Mbappe Token
On the other hand, another person who purchased $1 million of the same token faced a huge loss. This investor spent 7156 SOL for the MBAPPE token, but lost most of his money as the token’s value rapidly decreased.
