The Owner of The Dogecoin Mascot Dog Has Introduced Their New Dog!
The owner announced the adoption of a new dog, stating, “A new member has joined our family today, it’s true!”
Here’s the statement:
“This may seem suspicious after the incident, but it’s true. Today, a new member joined our family. I named her ‘Kokoro,’ a girl. She’s also a 10-year-old rescue dog, just like Neiro-chan.
When Neiro-chan and Kokoro-chan first met, they greeted each other and seemed to be old, close friends. It was surprising to see this, as Neiro-chan usually takes time to get used to other dogs. I’m sure they will get along very well, and I’m confident the other three cats will happily enjoy their time together.
Kokoro-chan was adopted by Rico Wako-mama, a volunteer at Chiba Dog Rescue, just like Neiro-chan.
I will create a home where Neiro-chan, Kokoro-chan, Tsu-chan, Gin-chan, and Oni-chan can live happily. Please approach us with compassion.”
Let me introduce our new family member, Kokoro:
“Her name comes from the Japanese word ‘kokoro,’ which means ‘heart.’ However, I’ll call her ‘Koko’ and prefer the spelling ‘Coco,’ so her full name is ‘Cocoro.’ She is also a 10-year-old rescue dog, just like Neiro.
When Kokoro and Neiro first met, they greeted each other and acted like they had been close friends for years. It was surprising to see, as Neiro usually takes time to adjust to other dogs. I’m sure they will enjoy each other’s friendship every day in our home, along with our three cats.”

In the past, anonymous individuals had launched tokens using the likeness of my pets. This time, I’ve granted approval for the supportive community at Own The Doge, with whom I’ve worked extensively, to create an official Cocoro token.
“More information about the token will be shared by OTD on Twitter: https://x.com/ownthedoge.”
Previously, unknown individuals had used images of Kabochan, Neirochan, and other cats without permission to distribute tokens. This time, I’ve given permission to my long-supported community, Own The Doge (OTD), to create the official COCORO token.
The token will be distributed on the Base chain. This will allow me to properly support the charities and communities that matter to me.
