Bubblemaps is an innovative analytics platform that presents blockchain data in a more understandable and visual way. While traditional blockchain analysis tools often require technical knowledge, Bubblemaps simplifies this data, offering an accessible experience for everyone.
What is Bubblemaps (BMT)? What Does It Do?
Bubblemaps is an innovative blockchain analytics platform designed to simplify token distribution analysis, detect memecoin manipulations, uncover celebrities’ hidden wallet movements, and expose investors who exploit transparency gaps. Its colorful and user-friendly interface turns complex blockchain data into something understandable, helping investors make informed decisions.
Bubblemaps’ mission is to make on-chain data more accessible, fun, and widespread. By integrating with popular platforms such as CoinGecko, DEXScreener, Pumpfun, Jupiter, Photon, and Etherscan, it aims to reach a broad user base.

How Does Bubblemaps (BMT) Work?
-
Search for a Token
Search for a token by entering its name or smart contract address. -
Explore the Bubble Map
When you open the bubble map of your chosen token:- Each bubble represents one of the top 250 token holders.
- The size of the bubble corresponds to the amount of tokens held by the owner.
- Connections between bubbles represent blockchain transfers.
- Large clusters of bubbles may reveal patterns worth investigating.
-
What Are Bubbles?
When you open the bubble map, you’ll see the top 250 token holders represented as bubbles of varying sizes.- The larger the bubble, the more tokens the holder owns.
- Exchange wallets and smart contracts are hidden by default, but can be revealed by clicking the eye icon.
- Addresses with very high transaction volumes are labeled “Supernode,” and some transaction details are restricted.
When you click on a bubble, you can see:
- The percentage of the total supply held by the wallet,
- The amount and dollar value of tokens held,
- General information about the cluster it belongs to, if any.
-
What Are Connections?
If two bubbles are connected, it means there has been a blockchain transfer between these two wallets.- In version 2, connections can include transfers with different tokens or even cross-chain (cross-chain) transfers.
- Click on the IN/OUT menu to view token transfers and the latest transfer dates.
- Use the “All Tokens” menu to filter transfers by a specific token or by transfer amounts.
If bubbles are connected and form clusters, what do these connections mean?
- Is an employer paying an employee?
- Is a VC (Venture Capitalist) receiving an investment?
- Is someone trying to hide their trail?
-
How Up-to-Date is the Map Data?
With Bubblemaps V2, data is updated almost in real time. A bubble map you open will have been updated within the last 6 hours. New tokens may have small delays. You can see the last update time at the top of the screen, and the Time Travel feature allows you to explore past token distributions. -
How to Share the Bubble Map?
- Click the permalink button to share the map as-is.
- If you’ve customized the map by changing filters, date settings, or addresses, these will also be included in the shared link.
- To share the default map, simply copy the URL.
- To export all addresses, click the “Export” button to download the data as an Excel file.

What is Magic Nodes?
Magic Nodes is one of Bubblemaps’ most advanced features, uncovering hidden connections that are not visible on the default map. By default, Bubblemaps shows direct connections between the largest holders of a token. However, some connections may be indirect and involve intermediary addresses. For example:
- Multiple holders receiving gas fees from the same external address.
- Multiple holders sending funds to the same deposit address.
In these cases, the intermediary addresses aren’t considered token holders, so no clusters are formed. Magic Nodes adds these intermediary addresses to the map, revealing hidden connections and patterns.
