Two Year MA and x5 Multiplier

BTC price, 2 year moving average and 2 year MA x5 lines together.

2 Year Moving Average (2YMA) and x5 Multiplier is a powerful indicator widely accepted in the industry for analyzing Bitcoin's long-term market cycles and potential bottom/top zones. It is a common approach used by professional investors, especially for analyzing major cycles, bull and bear seasons.

The chart contains three main lines:

    • BTC Price (White): Shows Bitcoin's daily price movement and reflects the market's real-time reaction.
    • 2 Year MA (Yellow): Represents the average price of the last 2 years. Historically, when BTC price is below this line, the market is approaching a significant bottom zone. For long-term investors, this area may mean "opportunity".
    • 2 Year MA x5 (Purple): 5 times the 2-year average. When Bitcoin price approaches or exceeds this purple line, it signals a serious overvaluation (bubble risk) in the market. This area historically marks the peak points of bull seasons.

With this triple indicator, investors can easily analyze where Bitcoin's current price stands in long-term cycles. Especially in bear markets, the white line approaching the yellow line, and in bull markets, the white line approaching/crossing the purple line, can be a sign of major trend reversals in the market.
