As Coin Engineer, we are the Data Controller within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law") for the personal data of visitors to the www.coinengineer.net website, and within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation.
As before, these personal data will continue to be processed by taking information security measures, provided that they are not used for purposes and scope other than those determined by Coin Mühendisi, based on the exceptions specified in the Law or your explicit consent, and will be stored for the periods required by the Law.

Within the scope of the above-mentioned data processing purposes, Coin Engineer transfers the personal data obtained in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and by taking the necessary security measures, limited to the purposes specified in the table above. / It stores it only for as long as necessary and does not transfer it to third parties, provided that the necessary security measures are taken.
Your personal data is collected electronically and processed for the purposes listed above.
As the data subject, you can exercise the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 by applying to Coin Engineer, the Data Controller, at any time.
You can submit your requests regarding your rights specified in the Law with a petition to be prepared in accordance with the procedure specified in the Communiqué, clearly stating which rights you want to exercise, together with documents identifying your identity, to [email protected]. Written applications containing the requests listed above, submitted to Coin Engineer by the relevant person or his/her legal representative, will be answered within 30 (thirty) days.
Applications will be free of charge unless a fee schedule is published by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the response to the applications exceeds 10 (ten) pages, a processing fee of 1.00 (one) TL will be charged for each page. If the response is requested to be provided on a CD, flash memory or similar recording medium, a fee may be charged depending on the cost of the requested recording medium.
If you are acting on behalf of someone else in the matter you are requesting, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and document your authorization, the application must include identity and address information, and documents proving your identity must be attached to the application.
