- Market Cap: The total circulating supply of Bitcoin multiplied by its current price.
- Realized Cap: The total value recalculated based on the last price each Bitcoin moved.
- MVRV Z-Score: Calculated as (Market Cap - Realized Cap) / Standard Deviation.
How to Interpret?
- Above 7: Historically, Bitcoin has mostly reached cyclical tops; selling pressure may increase.
- 0 and below: Has historically indicated bottom zones and long-term opportunities.
- Intermediate values represent periods when the market is neutral or near equilibrium.
