    Rainbow Indicator

Visually explore historical trend levels for Bitcoin price.

Rainbow Indicator is an intuitive and visual analysis tool that presents potential buy and sell zones to investors using colored bands by analyzing Bitcoin's historical price movements on a logarithmic scale. Each colored band represents different psychological levels in the market and possible investment strategies.

Rainbow indicator bands and their meanings:

    • Opportunity (Dark Blue): Represents the most attractive buying opportunity for long-term investors when the market is in an oversold zone.
    • Buy (Blue-Green): Price is cheap compared to historical averages; suitable for gradual buying or opening positions.
    • Accumulate (Green): Accumulation phase, considered a safe zone for long-term holders.
    • Still Cheap (Light Green): Prices are still reasonable compared to the past; the market may be preparing for a new rise.
    • Hold (Light Yellow): Investors can maintain their current positions; the market is neither extremely cheap nor expensive.
    • Is This a Bubble? (Light Orange): Prices are rising rapidly, caution and monitoring positions are necessary.
    • FOMO Rising (Orange): Fear of missing out increases in the market, be careful with emotional trades.
    • Sell. Serious Sell (Dark Orange): Time to take profit or avoid risk for investors; the rise may be nearing its end.
    • Maximum Bubble Zone (Red): Extremely inflated, highest bubble risk; most professional investors seriously reduce their positions at this level.

These color bands represent psychological zones supported by past price movements and make it easy for investors to understand "where" the market is and in which phase at a glance. Especially for long-term investors, the Rainbow indicator helps make more rational decisions during periods of panic or euphoria.
