What is the BTC Spot Inflow/Outflow Indicator?

Spot Inflow/Outflow is an on-chain indicator that shows the amount of Bitcoin entering and leaving exchanges.

• Inflow: The amount of BTC transferred to exchanges. An increase may indicate rising selling pressure.
• Outflow: The amount of BTC withdrawn from exchanges. An increase can be interpreted as a tendency to hold long-term and a decrease in selling pressure.

How to Interpret?

• Large BTC inflows to exchanges usually increase selling pressure and are seen as a bearish signal.
• Large BTC outflows from exchanges indicate that investors are moving their assets to their own wallets and selling pressure is decreasing.

Note: This indicator alone is not sufficient; always evaluate together with other technical indicators and market trends.
